A comparison of recent Swift and new NICER data

The blue data show the 0.3-4 keV background-subtracted Swift/XRT count rate while the orange points represent the scaled (background-subtracted) 0.3-4 keV NICER data. For this preliminary analysis, the scaling factor was chosen to match the mean NICER and Swift/XRT count rates. The vertical lines are uniformly separated by 32 days to guide the eye.
