Not precisely.  I suspect that it's an internal error in the
dynamic linker. In any case, that message is not produced by
isis (or cfitsio, pgplot, slang or headas-6.3.2).

It looks very similar to the problem in question #2 of the FAQ:

You might try using a different set of compilers. Be sure to
use a matching set of compilers to build all the components
that will be linked together.  For example, gcc --version and
g77 --version should refer to the same underlying version of
gcc.
