Re: trouble reading fits files

The file is output from HEASARC's Browse utility (try a Google search for
"HEASARC Browse").  I sent them some feedback... it seems odd that they'd use
such an incompatible format.

Apparently fv has some way of overlooking the errors fverify finds, 
while other
tools are stricter...
